Competing for the best, tho i think the last one I’ve been to is always the best….A tiny little shop on the edge of Chinatown, Delancey Street area if that means anything.  They carry their own home made chocolates (yes, tasty) and an assortment of European and penny candy.  I thought it was a good value and delicious.  Yelp reviews tended to imply pricey.  After paying 5 dollars a bite at Teushers, nothing is pricey anymore.
