French down the street

La Mangeoire – passable, pretty, we sat outside.  The Haricot were seasoned well, the chicken gravy nice but plain, tho not as plain as the chicken.  And yet, I liked being there. The mousse was lovely, with a creme anglaise that made it worthwhile.

Just down 2nd Ave at 54th we sat outside and watched.  dogs and their owners passing by, people preparing dinner across the street, and then…

art?  on its way to being installed!!  How do you find out where and when so you can go watch… thats what I want to know.
