We arrived into Rockville after hours of driving in the rain and checked into the Courtyard Marriot. Not bad, certainly clean, but it does remind me why I like a luxury hotel. The water pressure is low and the sheets were not pressed. But we have a small suite for half the price of a better hotel. Plus i really wanted to be near the Glenstone. And as it turns out we are 10 minutes from the top rated Xiao Long Bao in the area according to The ginger Foodie Blog. SO I am hoping for breakfast at Bob’s 66.

Then we plan on peaking in on the cherry blossoms and maybe on to the Hirshorn for a view of their sculpture Garden or the National Sculpture Garden. The Newseum is still on the list though the New Afro American still requires timed tickets and is reported to have a line so that will have to wait.
